Why BidStream

Procurement becomes smooth. Decisions become faster. Trust becomes natural.

Every organization depends on its suppliers. BidStream brings supplier quotes into one place and ranks them in real time. Suppliers see where they stand (L1, L2, L3) but never competitor prices. Buyers get one dashboard with clear results, supplier performance, and the complete bid history.

Clarity in decisions

Every supplier knows their rank, which encourages healthy competition and quick responses.

Trust in the process

Ranking and selection follow system-driven, auditable rules that remove personal bias.

Continuous efficiency

Shorter cycles and automatic documentation free your team for sourcing strategy.

The problem

Finding the best supplier shouldn’t be slow or stressful

1. Endless negotiation

Weeks of emails and calls delay projects and tire your team.

One scheduled event with a countdown clock. Cycles up to 80% shorter.

2. Suspicion and unfairness

Suppliers worry the selection is biased, leading to disputes.

Each supplier sees only a live rank, never competitor prices. Everyone gets an equal chance to win on merit.

3. Piles of quotes

Hours of manual comparison slow decisions and invite errors.

Bids auto-lock at zero and a ranked Bid Report is generated instantly.

4. Audit gaps

No clear record of why a supplier was chosen.

Every quote, revision, and action is time-stamped and tamper-evident.

How it works

From requirement to award in five steps

  1. Initiate. The buyer uploads the requirement, records a private benchmark price, selects at least 3 suppliers, and schedules the bid.
  2. Invite. Suppliers receive a secure link, review the terms, and confirm acceptance.
  3. Bid. Suppliers submit quotes and are ranked instantly as L1, L2, L3. They see only their own rank.
  4. Re-bid. Suppliers can revise quotes while the countdown runs. Ten minutes before closing, an alert reminds them of their rank.
  5. Close and report. Bids auto-lock and a Bid Report is generated with rankings, quotes, revision history, and audit trail. The buyer selects with documented justification.
